Ontario High School Library, Ontario, California


Library books may be checked out for a period of two weeks, and may be renewed up to three times if the book has not been requested by another student.  There are no overdue book fines.  An OHS I.D. card, a copy of the student's schedule or the student's memorized I.D. number is required for a student to check out a library book.  A student may have up to three library books checked out at the same time.

 

Library Catalog:  The Ontario High School Library catalog and its new Destiny resources interface may be accessed from any Internet-connected computer.  When visiting the site be sure to click on Ontario High School!  The Web address for the catalog is http://library.cjuhsd.k12.ca.us.

 

Photocopies:  A copier is available for student use.  Copies are 10 cents each.

 

Computers:  The Library has 25 Internet-connected computers available for student use.  Library computers are to be used for school related activities only.  Printing of school related material is 10 cents per page.  The Library printer prints in black and white only.

 

Research Databases:  The Library subscribes to several great student orientated Web-based research databases.  OHS students may access these databases from any Internet-connected computer, at school or home.  For more information, click on the Databases tab at the top of this page.
